Personal Fitness Trainer + Running Coach | Club KT
Katie, the founder of Club KT, is a personal trainer and running coach based in Newstead, Brisbane, offering both in-person and online coaching. She is also the resident running coach at Teneriffe Athletic Club, where she brings together a diverse and inclusive community through her energy, passion, and commitment to movement.
With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Katie is a well-rounded and accomplished athlete with a background in natural bodybuilding, triathlons, road and trail running, and ultra running. She specialises in run programs, strength and conditioning for runners, and beginner coaching, helping individuals build strength, confidence, and consistency.

Katie is also a proud Movember Ambassador, using her platform to advocate for men’s health and mental health awareness. She regularly supports both local and international charities, combining her love for fitness with meaningful fundraising and open conversations around well-being.
Her coaching philosophy goes beyond physical performance. Katie believes strongly in the connection between movement and mental health. Through walk-run clubs, community events, and her coaching programs, she fosters a supportive environment where people of all backgrounds feel welcome, empowered, and part of something bigger.
